The Procedure entry point setDefaultDllDirectories could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.DLL

I found some information in this link that might help solve your problem.

Looks like that was a Windows 7 issue and you’ll have to install an update to get the SetDefaultDllDirectories function in there.

If you get this error during the installation of the POSTMAN app, then install the older version postman app and upgrade the app from the postman.
