I recently updated the postman app based on the instruction on the app. But ever since then I am unable to launch the app. I tried uninstalling and re-installing, but no help. Each time i get the error message to contact email@example.com
My suggestions are:
right click the postman icon and select run as Administrator
go to https://getpostman.com/ either create or log into your account and click on Dashboard in the top right of the screen. This will open an online version reference to your collections and requests. Check if a specific request is showing errors when you view it.
go to https://www.getpostman.com/downloads/ and at the bottom of the page is another download link for Postman Canary. This is the QAS version of the software and it may already have a bug fix which will help you to log in again.
here on this site, click on your profile image in the top right. Then go to preferences and at the bottom of the page there are references to the devices which you have used to connect to your account. Click on the ‘logout all’ button. This might help in shutting down any hanging sessions you might have on other devices.
- If you do get logged in, export your request/collections and try importing them again, one by one to see if a specific collection is causing the issue in the official release version.
