Including Global or Collection Variables in shared collection link

Hi,

Just as the description says. We have loads of variables representing subscription keys to different APIs in API Management that we want to use in the requests when accessing the different operations in the APIs.

I have built it up in a collection with different Folders and operations and also set up an environment. But when I set up a link for the collections and share the link with my colleagues the variable definition and their values are not inherited. They become RED in the requests then.

Hey @Nisse054. The recommended way to share the collections with your teammates is to use Team workspaces. This way, any changes you make to the collection or environment would be reflected in real time in your teammates’ account.
