Prior to the upgrade, when we’d execute a test run we could look at the Run Summary and see the environment selected in the collection runner as part of the summary. Post upgrade, it looks like the “Run Summary” tab is showing “no environment selected”. Any ideas?

I can confirm that this is a bug and has been fixed on our end.
You can expect it to get fixed in one of the upcoming releases.
