Tests are deleted if new .yaml is imported

Does anybody know how to solve this problem?
If I replace the .yaml file for collection with tests, the whole collection is replaced and tests disappear.

Here is the screen capture. You see here that I have tests and update .yaml file (I do not copy but replace it) and all tests disappear.
