Welcome to the Postman Community! 
First of all, I love that you are wanting to see this feature in your Workspace 
Currently, it’s on a limited rollout across several Public Workspaces, that’s why you would have seen this in some places and not others.
We will be releasing this to the wider user base very soon but there are no timelines to share just yet
